Mia Koenig
Marriage and Family Therapy Associate
To learn, grow and heal from experiences. That's the focus.
My approach to therapy comes from a collection of viewpoints of connection and relationships with friends, family, and the self. I focus on repair between relationships and individuals wanting to cultivate a meaningful identity of self. Our collaborative work together will be fruitful with purpose and intention.
My Approach
I offer an integrative, client-centered approach using evidence based practices of narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, positive psychology and mindfulness.
